SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms: https://heywey.in/terms-of-service/.

Please carefully review our Shipping Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Please allow following number of days from receipt of your order.

  • For India Orders – All domestic orders are processed within 1-2 business day. You can expect delivery of the order within 4-5 business day. For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage area, this may take between 7-10 working days.
  • For International Orders – All international orders are processed within 1-2 business day. You can expect delivery of the order within 10-12 business days. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Please be advised that shipments timeline are indicative. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times as it is dependent on the courier partner and location.

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • India Orders – We offer free shipping on all orders within India.
  • International orders – We also ship internationally across all countries. Courier Charges vary based on the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.

ORDER TRACKING

To track your order, you can follow the track shipping link in your confirmation email. Alternatively, you could mail us your order no. and registered email ID on orders@heywey.in. We will check and revert to you on your order status. Please note we are available Mon-Sat from 10am to 7pm (except on Public holidays).

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.
  • Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday – Saturday.

DELAYED ORDER

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
